Procurement Learning for American Indian Nations & Societies (PLAINS) is operated through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency.
The goal of this program is to provide American Indian owned businesses with:
- an understanding of the requirements of government contracting, and
- the know-how to obtain and successfully perform Federal, state and local government contracts.
